1 Introduction and Scope of Agreement

3 Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active sayap33 account at any time. Holding multiple accounts — whether registered using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, mobile number, date of birth, and valid bank account number. sayap33 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the member.

You are fully responsible for:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• Ensuring no other party uses your account without your authorisation.
• Notify sayap33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Keep your account information up to date whenever any changes occur.

Sayap33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

4 Deposit and Payment Methods

Sayap33 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including FPX (all major Malaysian banks), DuitNow, TNG eWallet, and USDT. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except USDT transactions which are processed at the prevailing exchange rate.

The deposit-related terms and conditions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is as displayed on the Deposit and may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposited funds must come from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Sayap33 reserves the right to hold any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering pending the completion of an investigation.
• Deposits credited to a gaming account cannot be reversed except under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Sayap33.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your sayap33 account are subject to the following conditions and will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered in your name.

• You must complete the identity verification (KYC) process before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account that has been registered and verified in your own name.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Programme

• Any form of collusion between players in live table games or multiplayer games.
